Alaskan did an incredible job! They got to our house an hour after I called, and had everything fixed later that afternoon. The technicians walked us through exactly what they were doing and let us know what was wrong with our unit. The cost was the same as what they told us over the phone with no surprise fees. Excellent experience!

The technician was knowledge and polite as well as clean. He put shoe covers on every time he was in the house and cleaned up the dust that fell from the attic after his work was done. He also explained to me the optimal temperature settings to help reduce our electric bill. I am very pleased with the service I received from Alaskan and won’t hesitate to use them again!
