Simply put, the best! Joe in customer service is great. He evens calls back to see how everything went! (Now that’s customer service). Raul, the A/C tech is fantastic and really knows his stuff. When you call for service, response time is fast! Exactly what we need when our temperatures are in the 100’s. You will be well served calling Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning when you need help!

Great customer service! Membership really pays off. Just had my heat go out and they were at my house at 10:30 pm on a Sunday.

My A/C stopped working while I was away for the weekend I called Monday  morning and that afternoon they had a tech come out to fix it.  In an hour my A/C was blowing cold again!!  The tech was efficient , informative and polite.  The whole experience was stress free!!

Absolutely love this company. This season our heating unit stopped working. Steven quickly diagnosed the issue. I decided that I wanted to replace the unit. The next day Jose and Alex came out and installed it for us. They were on time,  knowledgeable, and very professional.

Alaskan heating and air has performed all of our cooling, heating and air duct services. They do an outstanding job and they are very professional. Tim Vergari did our warranty inspection today for our plumbing and hot water tank and he is very knowledgeable and professional about everything. They are the best! I have done business with them a few times and it has always been a great experience. Most recently we had a hepa filtration system with the UV light. Price was great and they came right out and did a great job installing it. A+

Starting with Monica, this was one of my best service experiences EVER. They responded quickly, communicated clearly and efficiently, set an appointment sooner than later and showed up when they promised. Tim Vergari, the technician was extremely personable and outstandingly knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge. There was no push to upsell. We had a question about something the day after he was there and Monica sent Tim back out immediately at no charge to see what was going on. From start to finish, a total 10! Thank you, Monica and Tim.

Robert was very professional and polite. He had my unit fixed fast. It was still under warranty so that was an extra surprise. He explained everything very well and left us with no questions! I always have had great service from Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning.
